O último sábado (16) marcou a comemoração do dia internacional do surfe. Provavelmente, o melhor lugar para celebrar a data tenha sido nos longos tubos de Skeleton Bay, na Namíbia, costa leste africana.

Nomes como Brett Barley, Oliver Kurtz, Koa Smith, Beyrick Devries e Dale Staples deram a sorte e encontraram vários canudos que passaram facilmente dos 10 segundos de duração.

@oliverkurtz & I headed to Africa without budget for a videographer. Equipped with GoPros; I took my #SOLOSHOT3 and set it on top of our truck, and paddled out straight into this gem!! @soloshotupdates – Even though my #SOLOSHOT3 sneezed mid clip (haha), this is still such an irreplacable clip to me. Today was absolutely messed up… Saw @oliverkurtz get the wave of his life, then an hour later saw him ride the single craziest barrel of his life. Last year I never got a barrel over 7/8sec, but today I had multiple in double digits.
